My Story |
My goal for this year was to eat more fruits and vegetables and to get more exercise. It seemed like everything I read promoted fruits and vegetables and exercise as being key to a healthier, longer, better life.
When my sister, who was a nurse, told me about MonaVie, I was interested because the very deep colorful fruits that are supposed to be the best for you are in MonaVie, along with the powerful anti-oxidant Açaí berry. I was looking for the long term effects that eating a balanced diet are supposed to bring you.
What really surprised me after starting to drink MonaVie was the effect it had on me within the first couple of weeks. I stopped taking sleeping pills, slept all night and started waking up earlier, ready to start the day.
